Settled Debt Help

Hi,
1st post on here
Anyway, ive managed to pay off one of my many debts that ive accumulated over the years :j My question is, All of my debts are with various debt recovery agencies, so i think im going to cancel the standing order, but then do i contact anyone....Experian etc? Do i need a statement from the company to prove its all paid off?

The companies you owed need to report them as paid to the credit ref agencies. If they dont then chase them up.Still rolling rolling rolling...... <
