The Prize:
- The prize includes up to one week’s stay in any cottage up to two bedrooms, from the Dorset Coastal Cottages collection, with a maximum value of £1290, and up to £300 COOK food.
- The £300 of COOK food prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize-winner will agree with COOK for collection and/or delivery of the food up to, but not exceeding, the prize amount of £300 before the end of 2014.
- The advertised maximum occupancy of the holiday property may not be exceeded and a dog may only be brought to our dog friendly only properties as detailed here
- The winner may upgrade their prize to a larger property should they wish but will be responsible for paying the extra amount due (the maximum prize value is £1290). The amount of food items provided by COOK remains the same.
- Should the prize winner upgrade to a property with 4 or more bedrooms then the refundable Damage Deposit will be required. Details for which can be found here:
- Prize can be redeemed at any time of the year, including Christmas and New Year but the holiday must be taken during 2014, after which the prize cannot be redeemed
- Winner must claim prize by contacting Dorset Coastal Cottages within one month of receiving confirmation they have won.
- Prize booking will be subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The name of the prize-winner may be used in publicity by COOK and/or Dorset Coastal Cottages.
- By entering the Competition, entrants agree that COOK and Dorset Coastal Cottages may use their personal data for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, and that COOK and Dorset Coastal Cottages may contact entrants (including by email) for such purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
