From Under Offer to Sold STC

    When making an offer it is standard to insist that, if the offer is accepted, the 'sold' notice (both real and online) goes up within 48 hours.
    Not updating the status either means that the agent is sloppy or that he is openly inviting gazumping.

    And some agents are much better than others at updating rightmove. My cousins completed and moved in over a month ago, and their (new) house is still showing as 'Under Offer' and the old one as 'SSTC' (different agents, same area of the country) Mine (completed 3rd April) was showing as 'removed from sale' as soon as my offer was accepted.
