I am so sorry for your loss. It the last service we can give them.
I had to have our 17 year old dog put to sleep on the 17th she started fitting and wouldn't stop. It was traumatic but in the end she passed peacefully. I didn't have the time to get the vet out. I wish we'd got the chance to say goodbye properly. Take care of yourself xWife and mother :jGrocery budget

You sound very caring and compassionate Laurajo. With so many unwanted animals about I would think about getting another furry when you are ready.
When my cat disappeared in Dec 13 I was really upset and even though I've another one, my house felt empty. So I adopted a big Tom cat from a local rescue and he is lovely, so family minded and a softie.
It helped me with my loss and helped him out too.0 -
Laurajo you sound like lovely people, and Bandit had a lovely life and peaceful passing with you. What more can any pet ask?
I am sorry for your loss but glad that you were strong and brave enough to make the right decision.
Take care.
