  • Hi, funnily enough despite passing the checks we didn't get the house because I was honest about the DMP and the letting agent said the landlord would not accept me - after of course taking my money for the checks. Lesson definitely learned will not be mentioning it in future!

Luckily we have found another house where we have been accepted which is much nicer than the other one - cheeky bonus really
  • These guys are a bunch of absolute morons. My wife and I recently went through the referencing process. Please note that applications are processed individually, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever in the real world. My income did not reach their line to be able to afford the property by a nominal amount. As a student, my income is tax free. Not taken into account. Therefore my application was rejected. However, my wife earns enough to rent the property by herself. Spent a few days sorting that out. Then, when sorting out my wife's application, there was a delay while they tried to get our previous landlords reference. Now, one would assume that, since we are married, have lived together for the last 5 years and our address on the application was the same, we may very well have the same landlord. If you want to waste your time and money, these are your guys. Imbeciles
