Egg PPI Help (with images!)

Hello.

Looking for some help / quick clarification regarding a PPI refund I received from Egg back in June/July 2012.

I saw Martin's article about comparative redress so I decided to take a look at the letters sent to me by Egg to find out if I had been repaid in full or whether they had paid me under comparative redress.

I believe they have repaid me in full but I am still a little unsure as to whether they have paid me the correct amount. I am assuming the have but I was hoping some amazing MSE folk could have a quick read over the initial offer letter and then the second letter explaining how they came to their final offer amount, just to give me peace of mind that it is all correct.
