what to do with pcn???

hi I have had a pcn stuck to the window of my car. I am the RK. The vehicle was parked at work in a car park space but wasnt displaying the permit that was issued due to an oversight by the driver at the time. do i wait for the NtK or do i send an appeal letter to the PPC within thier appeal timeframe to get a code to register with popla? if i wait till the NtK then do i lose that appel process? I have read the info for newbies thread, in detail, but am somewhat still confused.

thanks

If the car is yours as in you are the registered keeper then wait for them to write to you, that notice must be with you in between days 29-56 after ticketing. Then appeal using the wording in the sticky thread
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You are confused by the Flowchart and the simple Walkthrough that are the first links in the NEWBIES thread? How so?

I also explain in the sticky thread why we advise to wait for the NTK in most cases. Remember that the stupid deadline you are worrying about is for the DRIVER. You are biding your time to appeal as the KEEPER.

And we win every time at POPLA. You will too, we beat Premier Park same as the others. Here's a clue as to why you would want to appeal ONLY AS KEEPER to this lot!
