i started the process for my charges back(£1,500) back in may and they received the letter threatening court action on the 24th of may i gave them 2 weeks then spent to days trying to get hold of them and finallyt was told i would have a reply by the 4th july well suprise suprise no reply what sholud i do know i cant really be bothered to take it to court so thought about going to the financial ombudsman are they any good?
how do i get hold of them?
and how long will it take?

hello there, You cant be bothered! are you by any chance David Beckiem? £1,500 is a sizable amount of money, especially as they should never have taken it in the first place. Any action is better than none, and I,m sure the f/o will do their best to help you, they have had a lot of practise recently lol:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o

I used the finanacial ombudsman and got all my money back its free and it helps people that feel the stress of court will be to much go down the road of the fo and get the bank another £400 fee as this is what the financial ombudsman charge the bank0 -
im gonna spend the day trying to get hold of lloyds and tell them ive downloaded the fo forms if i havent had an offer by tommorow i will take it too the fo i was hoping it would have been a bit easier to be honest when you read some peoples ones and they get paid up quicker. also i cant afford the court costs.

Why waste your time by calling them. You have made the, aware of your complaint and they havent resolved it get the forms filled in and sent of recoreded delivery with all letters sent and received0
