The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, food and drink, personal expenditure of incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their companion each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. They will be required to sign and complete a winner information & prize acceptance form and to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip. 10. The prize must be booked 90 days before travel and all travel must be completed by May 31, 2015. Once the booking has been confirmed it cannot be amended in any way. The winner will be required to present a valid debit or credit card on arrival at the hotel for the refundable security deposit.
11. The prize is not valid for travel during the Christmas and New Year period, Valentine’s Day, French or UK school holidays and bank holidays, the Cannes Film Festival or during awards ceremony dates.
12. Travel insurance will be supplied to the winner and their companion before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion is aged 65 or over.
13. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
