Replace concrete flashing with lead - is this fair?

Hello
We've had two quotes to replace all concrete flashing with lead, and to replace/repair the render on the exposed party walls and chimney stack. We have small victorian terraced house where the party walls are exposed above the roof-line in between each house. At the back the kitchen (and third bedroom above) extend out next to the side return followed by a ground floor bathroom. So we have the main pitched roof and then two seperate half pitched roofs at the back.
Quotes for the above are £1650 but we'd have to wait a couple of weeks or £2000 which could be done next week. It's about what I was expecting but does this sound reasonable?
There is a possibility that the half-pitched roofs over the rear bedroom and bathroom *may* need a little more work doing as they are looking a little more suspect - so if these are re-roofed how more is this likely to add to the cost? I will be asking the roofers this question and getting at least one more quote but I'd like to be fore-warned and fore-armed!
