Recommend a solicitor to help set up a lease?

Am looking for someone to help me set up a lease on shop premises.
Anyone recommend anyone?
Price is major motivation for posting, but want to pay more if it means a more through service.
Thanks

I would say 'local' and 'experienced in commercial issues'. But that doesn't help with a specific recommendation, does it? Sorry!Signature removed for peace of mind0

Thanks Savvy
However, the reason for posting is due to a our house move June 2006.
we went with one local solicitor for our purchase and one not local for our house sale. The sale was fantastic, excellent service and really cheap compared to everyone else's quotes. The house purchase with the local solicitor was a shambles, and still is a year later, having still not been registered with land registry.
Which is why I'm happy to go nationwide to find a good solicitor as distance is less of a concern to me than good service!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

So would your 'good' solicitor either do or recommend someone to do the lease for you?Signature removed for peace of mind0

She can' recommend as she isn't allowed to and her company don't specialise in commercial, so she doesn't feel she'll do the job as well as she could.
And THAT's why she was so good in the first place! Honest rather than money grabbing!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
