Csl disaster!!

Hi all, I hope someone can help?? I recently ordered and paid for a CSL suite from the CSL outlet (3 & 1 seater) I required a 2 seater also and was told they had one available, which I also paid for so now I this suite was due to be delivered a few weeks ago, however...........
I was contacted by the gentleman I had liaised with and informed that the 2 seater was damaged, I agreed this was ok as i had located another 2 seater of the same kind and went and collected this from Leeds (I'm based in Manchester!!) CSL had obviously reduced the cost and the 3 & 1 seater were due to be delivered the following day.......this did not happen and I had no comms at all from CSL outlet despite trying my best to contact him, when he finally contacted me he informed me they would be delivered the following day at 8 am as i had taken a day off work on the Monday and they would come early so not to miss another day......no show!! i contacted CSL direct and was told that they would contact me an hour before delivery to ensure I could get home to accept delivery....again no show!! I was then told by the outlet manager following numerous calls to CSL that they could deliver the 1 seater following day, however the 3 seater would be Friday or Saturday as they needed to locate it, as I explained to the gentleman I had obviously got rid of my other suite so all I had was the 2 seater I had purchased from Leeds, this isn't great with 2 children!! 1 seater delivered on the Wednesday....wooohooo!!I informed the outlet manager to just keep me informed on a daily basis, I dont mind waiting however just want to know whats going on!! Well the rest of the story is that almost 3 weeks after and this man ignoring me I have spoken to countless customer services advisers at CSL and last night got a call back from a lovely lady who was passing info to another member of the team as she was going on annual leave but they were trying to locate it.....I then received a text message from warehouse manager to say:Hi, they have searched London twice to no avail, they are doing one last search in goldbourne as I write this text. I am holiday at the moment, but will drop in on your order tomorrow, if it is not found tomorrow, it will be a full refund as i don't have anymore I can do to locate the 3 seater.
.........seriously??? how can you sell something you don't have?? I am also out of pocket in this case as I have purchased a matching 2 seater!!! this is a discontinued line so i'm stuck!!! I don't want a refund I want my sofa!!! Surely this can't be right?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

    You could certainly ask them to take back the 2 and 1 as they can no longer provide you with the set.

    If they have no stock there's little they can do.

    And hindsight is 20/20 but you should not get rid of your previous items until you are 100% certain your new one will arrive. That's not CSLs issue I am afraid.
