Just wondering where I stand have ordered an item of clothing off the internet which I paid for and my invoice has arrived with the item showing the price I paid, however the item is marked with now reduced to £ xx - Just wondering if I am entitled to a refund or because I would have accepted their T&Cs at checkout I won't be ?? Get a feeling I have probably answered this for myself and no refund for me !! .... have a good weekend ev1 x

If you're within the time frame for cancelling under DSRs (time frame varies from 7 working days starting the day after delivery to 3 months and 7 working days depending on if/when they inform you of your statutory right to cancel under DSRs), then you could cancel for a refund but if they have informed you that you are responsible for return postage costs, then i'm afraid it may not be worthwhile depending on what the price difference is. They are also under no obligation to sell it to you again.
However, theres certainly no harm in asking. Especially if you don't have to pay for the return when cancelling. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Well you can send the item back if you ordered it online under DSR rules.Come on you Irons0

Thanks guys, I am intending keeping the item, I've sent an email to their CS dept, as you say "no harm in asking" but think I know what reply I will get
It's what I wanted and not worth the hassle / or cost to return0 -

As a general rule, once you buy something stop looking as you will invariably find a cheaper price sooner or later. And that bargain/purchase you were so happy with previously will lose its sparkle!
It can happen the opposite way but the above is more common! You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

I think from reading the OP, they didn't keep looking, but when the item arrived the price tag was marked as having been reduced to less than she paid. An aggravating situation and not one of her making. Hopefully the retailer will give a goodwill part refund even though legally they don't have to...0 -

Thanks for that
Hmmm is it ASOS? I seem to recall quite a few threads with this happening and it was always the same retailer (ASOS rings a bell but i'm only about 70% sure it was them). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
