Apcoa fine
I have received a fine from Apcoa at Birmingham Airport. When picking someone up I couldnt pull in fully to a designated pick up/drop off bay. The fine is 50.00 increasing to 100.00 in 2 weeks.
Everyone is telling me to ignore this as they are not legal. Where do I stand if I do ignore it? Can they enforce payment of this fine?
Thank you

You should post this in the parking forum. I don't think the advice now is to ignore though but you will probably not have to pay if you follow advice.0

Yup - read the thread above, then get yourself into the Parking Tix forum for any further help.
Ignoring is no longer a serious option for most private tickets in England and Wales - The law changed a good while back.
So confine any reading to recent/current threads - last six months or so as the situation is still evolving.
