Tell me about Fiat 500's

My ex-wife swapped a 52 plate Clio for a 500. She absolutely loves it. The only downside for her is the size of the petrol tank, it is small. She actually took it back to the dealer because she thought that there was something wrong with it. There wasn't.0

I wonder when the warranty expires?0 -

It is, and thank you
Not filled it up myself yet (dealer put fuel in before I collected) so haven't noticed the size of the tank.
Still scratching my head over the amount of buttons on the dash and trying to figure what does what. Took me half an hour of pondering this morning to set the clock0 -

Just a bit. 'Hit it and it works' doesn't seem to be as effective in modern cars does it? That power steering lark is a bit good as well, loving the 'city' button for parking
I pressed something earlier and called the Chinese then couldn't figure out how to end the call. Fortunately the Chinese was shut0 -

Same with modern TVs. Percussive maintenance isn't what it was.pulliptears wrote: »I pressed something earlier and called the Chinese then couldn't figure out how to end the call. Fortunately the Chinese was shut
It can get maddening. My wife's newish C-Max greets you with all kinds of doom and gloom as soon as you start it up. Passenger door not closed. Phone not connected. We can't make an emergency call for you if you won't connect your phone. We're all going to die. Won't someone think of the children? Are you seriously going out wearing that tie? When she was trying to get it all set up for her phone, I got endless number of missed calls. It was like being a celebrity. If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0 -

After a few test drives I was more than happy with the 1.2 which surprised me given i was adamant i wanted the 1.4. I went for the manual gearbox the end, the position the gear stick is such that it doesn't hurt my wrists add much and the seat adjustment is incredibly comfortable so my back is supported as well. The clutch is a lot easier on my knee joints and the city button for parking is marvellous.
I am utterly I'm love with this car. I went for the lounge in end as the pop doesn't have the 50/50 folding seats. It's masses of fun to drive and just looks different. So pleased with it!
