ESA Back Pay how long will it take?

Hi, I had an appeal at my local court house on the 19th Feb 2014. i have been told it can take up to 8 weeks for them to sort it out.
after the appeal the i received the appeal notice in the post telling me i won, but this is where it gets complicated. i also had a medical in 2012 and i failed it with no points. i appealed against the decision and i was given 6 points as they made a mistake. i went to my appeal in 2013 and didn't win so i then appealed to the upper tier tribunal and i was told i could have another appeal and the last decision was then scrapped. since 2012 i have been messed about non stop.
After the appeal this year in feb. they received my paper work a week later. and now its almost been 8 weeks and still no payment not even a letter telling me what group i'm in as i have a new claim for esa now as after the last appeal my esa claim was stopped. i keep calling and every time i keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse. How long do you reckon it will be before is see any back pay? and i also get paid this tuesday and that's the cut off period for them to sort out the back pay, will i get it then or before? Please help if you can. Thanks for reading........

After you appealed to the upper tier tribunal - did they either decide directly that you were entitled, or did you have another first tier tribunal that subsequently found you entitled?
When was this?
This decision will only run up until the date of your next medical.
Dates of backpay are not in sync with normal payment dates.0 -
my first tribunal in 2013 i was not entitled to esa, but legal adviser appealed to the upper tier tribunal on my behalf and they looked at a statement from them and why i should be entitled to esa and they made a decision that the last decision for entitlement be scrapped and reheard again in due course.
I then had my appeal this year in feb, and i was awarded the esa claim. but before the appeal i made a new claim for esa and that was successful and i received my questionnaire for the medical but i have not heard any thing back from them.
i have been told that they can't trace it up until the 15th april, as that was the date given buti know they don't work weekends and they only have today and monday to sort it out. my case is very complicated......sorry for the confusion0 -
I would recommend contacting the tribunals service, and getting a copy of the decision, and sending it.
This should not be needed, but may hurry things up.0 -
they received the decision notice a week after the tribunal, but it's taken them nearly 8 weeks to sort it and when i phone the jobcentre they can't tell me whats happening and i keep getting fobbed off with loads of excuses.
Do you think i should phone the jobcentre again or phone the tribunal service and would they know more?0
