My problem was that I was using the other version (when I bought it I didn't think I'd want Everywhere, now I do). BUT I think I might have got round it with a different email address even though I did it via the existing one

Well worth doing for anyone doubting whether they'd use RoboForm... The functionality (via an app) on iPhone is a bit strange, but really useful to have availability across a variety of formats...

Did you re-install Roboform to do that?

I did it the same as when you update, which is the same I think as the file for someone who hasn't already got it. Then opening the file and selecting Everywhere and entering the new details. Then once Roboform was open, going to Help>Activate RoboForm like it says, and putting in the code as given.

Roboform is a form filling software, you can add your address, name, phone number, email etc and when you come to a competition entry page, instead of filling it out manually, you can press the roboform button and the software will fill it out automatically for you..

it's a real time saver, especially if you are entering a lot of competitions a day
