Parking ticket despite having a parking pay and display sticker

Hi all.

I have just got home and i am fuming!!!!

i had a valid parking sticker on my dash board that i purchased from the machine in the street at 15:36 today the 10th April 2014. The expiry day on the ticket is 11th April at 09:41. ( i paid £5.00).

I came back to the car and found a envelope with a parking ticket on the windscreen telling me i was fined £110.00 by wandsworth council for not displaying a valid parking permit/ ticket. even though this was stuck to my dash board on the passenger side nearest the pavement. How on earth can i be giving a parking ticket despite my parking been allowed until 09:41am the following day IE tomo.

I have sent a email off toe Wandsworth council demanding it gets cancelled and the member of staff spoken to as the clearly did not check the ticket correctly.

what are your opinions

my opinion is post this question on pepipoo as they have a section for council tickets and are the gurus in answering council ticket questions
