Help!!!£30 Cash Back After Switching???

Can anyone help, over the xmas period I switched energy supplier after using MSE site, as part of the switching deal it offered £30 cash back (cheque) after 30 days with my new supplier.
I haven't received this and don't know how or who I should contact.
I have spoken with my new energy supplier whom suggested that I should contact MSE.....but I don't know how to???

    You mean the MSE Cheap Energy Club?

    I don't think they do offer a cashback cheque within 30 days

    Anyway, refer also to the FAQs at the bottom of that page.
    It tells you all about it, and how to make contact in case of any issues :)

    Did no one tell you patience was a virtue? ;)

    No one is paid to offer you assistance here you know. You'll wait longer than 6 minutes in many energy suppliers queues if you have a problem.

    I may be wrong but sure it suggested after 30 days??
