our loans were with TSB more than 15 yrs ago , is there still a time limit on reclaiming ?

Did you actually have PPI? No point complaining if you didn't..
Even if you had PPI, that's not in itself any reason to complain. In order to get a refund, it has to have been mis-sold to you.
The problem with old finance is that the Bank may no longer have any records. So, while there is no limit on how far back you can complain, you'd need comprehensive evidence from your own archive to stand any chance of success.0 -
Also wondered if the fact our TSB branch changed to Lloyds TSB then back to TSB , would make a difference , and i'm quite sure there was insurance on the loans but wouldn't know where to start0

Do be aware that it's very likely £10 wasted on finance so old. Even if old loans are shown, it won't show proof of any PPI payments made.0
