hi which query
ive got rac breakdown cover on myself ie being in any car with the national attachment of being able to take me and passangers plus car to any destination in uk.
Now ive a friend that needs his old car shifted for his to mine to work on it, do the forum think their would be any problems me getting them to take it in my name (even tho its been sitting a while)?
and yes i know legally it needs tax insurance if no a flat bed lift.
(which it hasnt)

cheers

I doubt it, they are are a breakdown recovery service, not car transporters. As soon as the guy arrives they will realise it is not a breakdown.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

    It could cost you money.

If you don't use their services during the membership year, the RAC discount the following year's membership.

If the car has no current tax disc displayed, the recovery driver may think there's something dodgy going on.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
