advice on credit rating

hi, just after some advice on credit ratings. i currently have a £1500 overdraft that i basically live in each month, i never have exceded the limit and always pay it off in full each month,i just want to know if this is good or bad for my rating when i decide to apply for a mortgage later this year? i have a credit card that i pay in full each month and 4 years ago had a £3000 loan with natwest that i paid back early. thanks

a permanent OD generally suggests that the person is living above their means or is simply a poor money manager
