OVO Billing issue

Hello,
I joined OVO on the 26th of February.
I was told a statement would appear via e-mail on the 7th of April.
However there is no official statement yet.
I can download an illustrative statement (with meter reads) but there is no proper bill yet.
Has anyone had this problem?
