Eon, 2 direct DDs?

I presently pay Eon by DD and they only take one DD for both gas and electricity.


Could I pay separately for my gas and electricity as I need another DD for one of my bank accounts?


My tariff is warm assist so going elsewhere is a no because no one else does that tariff and it is the cheapest I can get.

Hi drobe,

This doesn't sound like a problem to me.

It's just a case of splitting the gas and electricity, so they both have their own account numbers, then you can have a separate Direct Debit for each.

If you have an online account, you can still see both the gas and electricity using the same username, just by adding the other account number.

You can contact us to do this split for you, we can then set up the Direct Debit as well.
