I've just replied to this on the new thread you posted.

Please don't start new threads about a case already covered in an existing one as the advice needs to be given in the context of the full facts in the one place.

That said, advice in your other thread still applies in this case. All future posts re your case, please stay on this thread. Thanks.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Umkomaas, thank you for your response and apologies for opening a new thread. Not used to posting as yet.

The letter I received from PE is definitely a rejection of my appeal to them and there is no verification code anywhere in their rejection letter other than the parking charge notice ref number which is a 12 digit number.

As you've suggested I will now lodge a complaint with the BPA, but am just worried that my time limit to lodge an appeal will lapse.

You can't lodge a POPLA appeal until you receive a POPLA code. If (when) they send you one, check it immediately using the checker at Parking Cowboy's website.
