Yes car credit - please help

Hi there, i hope someone can help me, i bought a car with yes car credit in about 2003, i have all the paperwork and was completely mis sold not just PPI but all the insurances. Yes car credit doesnt exist now, apparently direct auto finance took over their financial affairs. i tried contacting them but i dont think they exist now either. have been trying to find out online what to do next, only advice i can dind is find out who underwrote the insurance and go to them. the paperwork does not say who the insurance was placed with however. I am pulling my hair out getting no where. this is the only PPI i want to claim back as i was lied to and it wouldnt have covered me anyway. If anyone could help i would be so greatful.

Rather a waste of time if the sale of your insurance was made earlier than 2005 as this is pre-regulation and you have no access to FCSC.

Only in a very few cases have complainants managed to complain to the insurer (who should be named on your documentation).
