Anyone know of an email address for someone at the top in EDF?

We switched to them for dual fuel in Nov last year (having been with them for electricity for years). And that's when it all went wrong!
It would appear that none of their front line staff know what the info on their screen means, they ALL contradicted each other and all of them tell you want they're saying is right!
The upshot, I'm now hundreds of pounds in dept to them (for the first time in my life), I have no trust in their billing systems, which still isn't sending me either bills or info on when to send them meter reading and they say they can't put me on the plan I agreed to back in Nov!!!
I've got their CEO email from a site (text removed by MSE Forum Team). I emailed to that over 2 weeks back and have had nothing from them.
So either its not working, they ignore it, or they have so many complaints they're weeks behind...
Is there a high level complaints email address, does anyone know? Or are they just a total shambles?

Having spent time training CS call center staff I can that just dropping into a mail box there to be looked at by the same people that (as far as I can see) are incapable of doing the job they're paid to do.0

ceo of Edf Energy UK's email is (text removed by MSE Forum Team) its worked for me in the past, so I would try again if I was you.
