Excel Parking Charge Notice

Hi all,

I have received a PCN in the last few days stating I must pay £100 for not having a correct/valid ticket.

The PCN also states that I have failed to reply to the initial NtK. This I have never received.

Any suggestions on where I go with this as they say they will only accept an appeal in extreme mitigating circumstances

Many thanks

I realise your letter says that you 'failed to reply to the initial NtK' but this situation is covered in the NEWBIES thread (you think you are too late to appeal, appeal anyway it says...).

Sorry but we can't keep up with the same stuff again and again - which is why I wrote the top sticky FAQs thread and why it's 'stuck' at the top.

We really want everyone to learn about and beat this scam but - that's why the advice is there at the top.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
