hi all need some imfo plz
my partner s jsa contribution based claim has now finished , he cannot claim income based because im on contribution based esa in a wrag group, i found my self a job on bank in a home doing permitted work earning £55 a week as out of work for 7 yrs was driving me mad ,i had a back injury , so thought i would try it . so now my 365 days is up at the end of april will i be able to claim income based esa or will that stop because im doing permitted work. if it does what will we be able to claim ... thanks in advance

Permitted work can be done with income based ESA.
However, you can only (in the work-related group) do permitted work from 12 months from when you first started it at over 20 pounds a week.
Income based ESA - with your partner on your claim - I think is the best option, for the moment, if you have no other household income.
I'm know permitted work doesn't affect your ESA. I am not quite sure if it affects the couples component.0 -
