completing POPLA appeal online - give reason?

hi all
i was just about to submit my POPLA appeal online an it asks you 4 possible reasons why you are appealing:
1 i was not improperly parked
2 the parking charge (ticket) exceed the appropriate amount
3 the vehicle was stoleln
4 i am not liable for the parking charge
i don't know which one to pick??
my appeal letter, as reviewed by fellow MSEs, states at the beginning:
I contend that I am not liable for the parking charge and would ask that all grounds detailed below are considered:
1. The amount demanded is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss.
2. UKPC has no contract with the landowner that permits them to levy charges on motorists up to pursuit of these charges through the courts.
3. Signage not compliant with the BPA standards and therefore there was no valid contract between the parking company and the driver
4. No planning consent to charge motorists for any alleged contravention.
Should I just go for POPLA reason No 1 (I was not improperly parked??)
don't want to fall down at first hurdle !
many thanks

You can relax now
You will get an acknowledgement from London councils (POPLA are run by them) and will shortly hear when your appeal will be heard - probably about 6 weeks time. If UKPS bother to defend you will get an evidence pack sent to you as their response to you appeal.
If that hasn't arrived within a few days of the appeal date contact POPLA to enquire.
Hopefully they won't even bother to respond.
Let us know how it goes :beer:0
