I found Shaun on gumtree and went with a friend to meet him on a job he was doing in Whalley Range. I only wanted a small wall re-building which was meant to be done within 2 days he quoted. After agreeing the price and seeing his work I thought it was ok to give hi money to buy the materials (£270).
He must have done about 15 minutes to partially demolish the wall, and I have not seen him since nor any materials.1 -
There's a proliferation of dodgy builders in Warrington at present. Sorry for any generalisation.0
