Anyone used bathrooms.com?

Hello

About to put in a new bathroom. Never done it before. I've been looking at bathrooms.com but I don't know much about the company. Can anyone give me feedback about their customer service and the quality of the products please?

Thanks

  • I used them in the past to buy a shower tray and double-hinged shower doors.
The model were (V10121029RF) Redford Square Double Hinged Frameless Shower Enclosure 800
(StoneSquareLow800) Shower trays: Low stone 40mm + waste

Both cost me £181 which was alot cheaper than Bathstore, Victoria Plumb etc

Everything came as advertised although the instructions for fitting the shower doors were sparse and the builder moaned that the door glass was not thick enough and it will fall apart and start leaking blah blah blah.

This was coming up to 2.5 years and no leaks or issues and the doors open and close without leaking (as it is double-hinged, i can enter or leave through either door as neither are fixed).
  • Thanks. I need bath, shower, sink etc. I went to look at Bathstore but didn't like it. I like alot of the stuff on bathrooms.com but am a bit reluctant to buy such important things without visiting a showroom.

I guess its the quality of the products that concerns me the most. I can see that the shower door thickness goes up to 8mm which looks ok compared to other brands. A 1000 x 1200 hinged in 8mm thickness on bathrooms.com is £359. The same in 6mm thickness on bathstore is £419.

    Thanks for the info.
