Ipostparcels - Avoid at all costs

They have no phone number.
The average time to reply to emails is 7 days.

They screw up 5 out of 11 parcels.


Good prices, but wouldn't use again even if free. Mess of a company

iPostParcels appear to be a subsidiary of UKMail. Might be worth trying them if you can't get through to iPostParcels.

What you've got to remember though is that with these cut-price eTailers, their prices are normally cheaper because they seek to cut overheads - which will include not funding a call centre.

GiffGaff's Customer Support is entirely online and you are not able to phone them (unless you are reporting your phone lost/stolen).

Ive tried contacting UK Mail and they say they can't help as its Ipostparcels.

Email only customer service is fine. But their response time is AT LEAST 5 days (average 7 days) which is just a nightmare.
