Renting property to a company

Hi All,
After almost a year of my one bedroom flat in Aberdeen (Scotland) being empty we have finally been able to get the boiler replacement to go ahead (long story that adds nothing to my question!) which is happening as we speak. I had planned to arrange with a letting agency to find me a tenant and deal with everything on my behalf as I am currently based in London.
However, the company that I am employed for are interested in leasing the property for several months over the summer and I wondered if anyone knew anything about how this would differ (if at all) from renting to an individual and how to go about this? Or any thoughts on who to discuss this with?
