Noddle problem - can't access my credit report

Is anyone else having a problem with this?
Last year I tried to log into my credit report on Noddle and got the message: "We’re very sorry but we’ve been unable to retrieve your credit report. Please email us at contact@noddle.co.uk so that we can investigate this issue for you."
I emailed Noddle who told me it was a known problem affecting a "small number of customers" (odd as coincidentally my OH has had the same issue) and that they were working with Callcredit to find a solution.
That was Sep last year and I still can't access my report almost 8 months later!
Every time I email to see if there's any progress I just get told that the problem (whatever that may be) is still persisting but they don't tell me anything further.
Now when I log on I can see some of my information (rather than the aforementioned error message) but it's out of date (relates to August last year) and has my old address on it.
I was interested to know if anyone else is still getting issues like me and whether they've been able to find out anything useful from Noddle in terms of what the specific problem is and how long it might take to get it fixed? I'd like to apply for a new credit card (and I'll be due for a re-mortgage later this year) but I have no idea how my credit's looking at the moment. I have already followed the advice on this site for how to get free access to the other reports (Experian and Equifax) in the past so not sure I can get the 'free trial' again if I've already had it in the past.
Thanks for any help and advice!
