Sun + Superdrug Fail

Hi all,
On the 24th of February 2014 I signed up for Sun + perks for £1 which included getting a free £20 pound superdrug voucher. I received an email saying i would receive this 28 days later from the 24th of Feb. It is now, 9th of April and i still have not received this. I continued to pay £8.00 odd and spoke to one of the advisors on the online chat service asking the whereabouts of my voucher, he replied with, it should be their in the next week. So i waited and no sign, i then spoke to another person the following week about the Alton Towers deal as i had paid my month, which i was told i could not get this deal, whilst asking about this i also asked about my voucher and why it was not here, he replied with, it should be there within the week, this was a in March. So now with it being in April i emailed them and i got a reply saying they ran out and won't be getting anymore but they can offer me a morrisons one instead. I am not happy about this so emailed them demanding £20 or the super drug voucher i was promised and they said i would have to wait because they are getting more in but don't know when. i would just like to know where i stand because i think this is very unfair! What rights do i have?

They did it with their £20 Amazon voucher & I believe with a £20 Tesco voucher as well. You also can't cancel 24/7 merely during the hours their web chat is in operation - pretty much as shoddy as you'd expect from News International.

Their terms and conditions say subject to availibility.you agreed to these terms when you signed up.
