Hi,

I tried to attach as a file, but there is a clear indication on the web site that these attachments should only be supporting documents. The appeal has to be only in the window provided. And they accept only gif, jpeg, tiff or pdf files as attachments. I tried to upload a pdf file but was not successful.

Hi Guys,

Thanks a ton for all the support and information provided here. I have received a Parking Charge Cancellation notice from UKPC against my claim. I would not have been able to do it on my own without all your support. Below is the reproduction of the cancellation letter:

"Thank you for your recent correspondence in relation to the above Parking Charge. We understand your frustation and appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you. It is not our intention to cause undue worry and frustation when enforcing our client's terms and conditions of parking.

We have investigated your appeal based on the information submitted and whilst we feel that the Parking Charge was correctly issued and that we were following the guidelines and enforcement controls agreed with our client we have decide in this instance, due to an administratrive error, that the parking Charge will be cancelled.

At all times UKPC strive to deliver a high quality service that enhances the existing quality standards insisted upon by our client.

Please therefore take this letter as confirmation that your Parking Charge has now been cancelled and that matter concluded.
