Gladstone letter

Since my last post about Roxburge I've now had a letter from Gladstones no a letter before claim but an invitation. To contact Roxburghe and pay, otherwise their client may take proceedings against me. They have also set out a schedule of potential additional charges. I assume I just ignore this as well. Or do I now reply and write to the land owners.
