What is onred.exe & how do I remove it?

My kids computer (windows vista home premium, sp2) keeps getting a pop up from "onred.exe" (well, Norton pops up & tells us about it) and I always click on Deny/Cancel because I don't know what it is.
I have tried searching the computer for it, but it turns up nothing. Internet searches haven't helped either. I think I did find it on one site as some kind of spyware, but the site was over my head & I couldn't understand it.
We use CCleaner, Norton and Malwarebytes, but nothing shows up.
Please help!!!

If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all

Some kind of trojan downloader by the looks of it.
Boot up in safe mode and try your cleaning tools.0 -
