Overdraft PPI claimback - newbie

Options
I'm new to this and need your help. I've only just discovered that I can claim back Overdraft Protection (Loanguard) from RBOS.
What prompted me to check PPI was by chance I checked a statement recently and they charged me £90 because they put my account over it's limit with a "service charge" and whack no letters no phones.Needless to say I was irate.
The problem is it was some years ago now and I only have my account number (still use it) but no other details ie how much they were charging me and how long this went on.
It's time this little guy got his own back on RBOS
Can anybody point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Your potential charges were outlined in your account T&Cs. You have already been informed about them.

You can complain about your loanguard certainly, just send a complaint form with your account number. They should be able to find it.
