Cool off period with Scottish power
Over the phone I said yes to a fixed rate of not going over 1800.00 for gas and electric monday, I am now panicking whether I did it too quickly is there an official opt out cooling period where I can ring them and say I made a mistake...today is Wednesday I want to ring them knowing my rights before I start !! Any advice appreciated...thankyou

Not going over 1800 what? Pounds? It's the unit rate that's fixed, not what you pay.
There is a 7-14 day cooling off period, depends on the supplier.0
