how long til after bankruptcy can you apply for a credit card?

Immediately if you want. Whether you'll get one is the question.0

You can apply anytime after you are discharged, unless you have a longer bankruptcy restriction order (in which case you can still apply but must declare that you are subject to a BRO even if not directly asked).
If, like most people, you are discharged a year after your bankrupcty order then posters have reported that they usually don't get accepted for even subprime cards for a couple more years at least.
An exception to that might be something like the capital one secured card.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
