county court claim from civil enforcement

I received a fine for staying over two hours in private supermarket carpark. Read lots of info on internet and decided to ignore it. After two letters I have now received a legitimate county court claim form and not sure what to do. I called the court and they advised I had to respond within 14 days either admitting 'damages arising from breach of contract' or denying it.
The original fine of £90 is now £215 with court fees etc.
Any advice please?

if its due to parking in a co-op some time ago (12 to 18 months ?) , check the other threads on here and check if the co-op will pay it
also reported on parking pranksters blog too
in the meantime , you need to acknowledge it and prepare to defend it too0 -
First thing to do is to fill in the acknowledgment of service (this can be done in most cases using Money Claim Online). This gives you 28 days to file your defence.
Then you need to begin building your defence. In the Newbies sticky thread there is a link to an e-book by Parking Prankster, its a couple of quid, but it well worth it.0 -
Errr no dont buy the pranksters book for this claim, parking eye and cel claims are quite different, although it is worth buying just for the read
It wont really help you. if you want CEL defence information email info@parkingticketappeals.org.uk and i will supply the correct information.
