paying beneficeries

hi


I need a bit of help of what stages I go through to paying beneficeries


writing letters ect and also do I use some of the money for this letter writing posting , some have to go to Canada [4] south Africa[3] and Australia[1]


there are 25 beneficeries in total but some have passed away so there are more because it will go to their children


do you know where I might download template letter


any help would be great

    If you mean can you claim the expenses of sending the letters then the answer is yes. Likewise any bank charges

    Are you an executor of a will or is this an intestate estate you are dealing with?

    You only need to write one letter to each of the people and that would be the one with the final accounts. You could at that point send the cheques as well or wait until each have agreed the accounts are correct. Have you also considered the costs involved of obtaining cheques that can be banked in the countries where these people live as well?

    If not there is the Bank Transfer which can be done but you would need to talk to your bank to see if this is possible. There is also the exchange rate they use when doing this
