Energyhelpline £40 and Topcashback

Has anyone been successful in 'getting' the £40 offer via the Topcashback site?

It seems to be an either / or to me.

i.e. when clicking on the Topcashback link to Energyhelpline site (offering £14.14) the Energyhelpline site makes no mention of the £40 cashback.
