Feel Unique customer service

Has anyone had dealings with Feel Unique? I ordered from them for the first time two weeks ago, and the experience was mainly positive except for the fact that they said they were sending me some free samples (due to an offer that was still advertised on their site but had expired, that I queried with them) that haven't arrived.
I wouldn't mind so much, I know that they're free and the staff have been friendly and helpful in their emails, but I've been advised by two different people on three occasions that they were being sent so it's frustrating. They're now being sent for a fourth time, so I'll wait and see, but really I doubt the samples were lost 3 times (I get things delivered regularly and these are the only things to go "missing") so I wonder if they were even sent to begin with and if so is it just that their systems are falling down or do customer service just promise things to keep customers sweet?!

Although there has only ever been the one address on my account and I've checked that it is correct so it's a mystery. I'll see if this delivery reaches me before I contact customer services again, fingers crossed! 0
