Terms and Conditions

- This Competition is organised by Brandmovers Europe Limited on behalf of Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of 888 Holdings PLC.

- To enter you must be a resident of the UK aged 18 or over. The contest is not open to employees of Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited, their agencies or associated companies, or the immediate families of anyone associated with the draw. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by these rules.

- No purchase necessary, but you must be registered at 888poker in order to claim your prize.

- Upon submission of entry, contestants will receive one play in the instant win game. Winning times will be randomly selected during the promotion. The first play which is received and recorded by the Game Administrator’s computer at a randomly selected particular time will win the corresponding instant win prize. If no play is received and recorded at that time, then the first play received and recorded by the Game Administrator’s computer after that time will win the instant win prize. The prize winner will be notified instantly of his/her prize and provided with prize award details. All winning plays are subject to verification.

- Limit one entry/play per person per day. Any attempt by any participant to enter/play more than once per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or other methods will void that participants’ entries/plays after the first entry/play. An additional entry per day can be earned by activating the ‘share’ method within the game and posting to three different friend’s walls.

- The winners will be contacted within 28 days of the close of the competition.

- Failure to respond to the email communications within 10 days in order to organise the delivery of prizes may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

- The start date for the competition is Wednesday 2nd April 2014 and the closing date is Tuesday 29th April 2014.

- In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this Competition, the decision of Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.

- Facebook are not responsible for all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) for any claim related to the prize draw including without limitation the publicity or administration thereof.

- Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries, or entries delayed in transmission.

- The prizes for participants is one grand prize, iPad mini WIFI 16GB. In addition there are 15 daily prizes (888poker branded t-shirts). All participants who didn’t win grand prize or daily prize will get a free entry to $1000 Spot the Bluffer Freeroll.



- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

- The prize winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending an email to: Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited support@888poker.com.

- Competition entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winners' name for promotional purposes, without additional consultation.

- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.

- The Promoter of the Competition is Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited. All correspondence and queries should be sent by email to this address: support@888poker.com.

- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.

- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants and check their age and identity.

- By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter and these Rules and to comply with all laws and regulations. Promoter, and those working for Promoter or on behalf of Promoter, will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected e-mail, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and/or any other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. Entries that are incorrect or incomplete will be disqualified. The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an Entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under the Rules. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made.

- The Winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional and publicity materials at the reasonable request of Promoter. As a condition of being awarded the Prize, the Winner(s) must consent and agree, (i) where requested to do so, to participate in promotional and publicity materials in connection with the Prize, and (ii) the exploitation thereof by Promoter in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity without any payment to the Winners or their chosen companions whatsoever.

- In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Competition, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.

- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance or use of the Prize, provided that nothing in the Rules shall exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or supplier's negligence or for fraud.

- The Promoter is not responsible for any payment of any taxes or other costs associated with the receipt of the Prize.

- The Rules shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.

- Unless you tell us otherwise, your details will not be shared with selected third parties for marketing purposes.

- By entering this Competition, you give the Promoter all necessary consents in relation to your personal data (e.g. your name, email address, photographs) in order for us to operate the Competition. Any personal data relating to Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.

I won a tee shirt but it wont let me claim it without registering and downloading a programme which my anti virus objects to. When I entered I connected with Facebook. How have you all claimed your prizes please.

Type "888 Poker browser play" into Google and it will let you register an account without downloading any software
