Lloyds payments on 1st of the month?

I have been running 3 vantage accounts. I usually pay 3k to an outside account and then back in to each Lloyds account. I know I could just transfer between accounts. Looking back at my statements some months this all occurs on the 1st and others 2nd or 3rd (all done on the 1st though).


Another thread mentions Lloyds banking month runs 2nd-1st. This would me if I was a day late one month I would effectively miss a month out? Am I correct in this? Should I be making the payments on say the 3rd of the month or later? I now have the club Lloyds and will bin the vantage accounts when the rate drops. As far as I can tell my interest so far has always been correct.

The Lloyds Vantage month runs from the second business day of the calendar month to the day before the second business day of the following month. This means you've been making the transfers on the last day, even when that's the 2nd or 3rd of the calendar month.
