HSBC credit card not paying. Now what?

I have sent the second letter including statements to HSBC asking for £80.00 and this was thier response in a letter.

I understand and appriciate your request for the refund of defult charges levied against your credit card account. The OFT has published is findings from thier enquiry into defult charges on credit card. HSBC has carefully considered the OFT publication and does not accept its findings. However the OFT investigation has led to a change in the market pratice and HSBC has therfore decided for commercial reasons and in the interest of our customers to reduce credit card defult charges for the future. These changes do not affect defult charges already applied. Accordingly i do egret that we are not prepared to make any refund of defult charges or provide any compensation payments. I hope that i have been able to clarify HSBCs posistion on credit card charges.

So what do i do now? any help would be much appricated.

Send them the 'Letter Before Action' saying if they dont pay you will take it to court, I cant believe they are being like that for £80, you may want to suggest that you will be contacting the FO as you dont find their reply as a resolution to your complaint.
