I bought a Kobo Min a couple of weeks ago and I'm now so peed off with it!! It won't link to my internet wifi nor will it download my recent buys from the internet when plugged in to my PC.
Does anyone think I should return it or is it operator error? Fast running out of reading material!!

Hi glynisrose,
You didn't say if you followed the manual I had a quick look and would like to know did you go to http://www.kobosetup.com/ and download the software as stated in the quick guide?
In the manual on page 39 it gives you details of how to connect to the wifi you will need adoby pdf reader to view this http://download.kobobooks.com/magento/userguides/downloads/KoboMini/kobomini_userguide_en.pdfKind Regards

If all else fails reboot the Kobo, you will loose all the books on it.
For the mini there is a tiny hole in the back, press the switch in there with a straightened paper clip for a standard Kobo prise the back off to do the same.0
